ZzzQuil Nighttime sleep-aid is a perfect solution for one of those nights where you know you’ve got a lot to do the next day but you just can’t seem to fall asleep. I have nights like this occasionally and watching TV or counting sheep, just aren’t cutting it. ZzzQuil is a safe non-habit forming sleep-aid. I like to take it about an hour or so before bedtime to help me fall asleep easily and feel rested the next day. Unlike some other sleep-aids ZzzQuil did not make me feel drowsy or sluggish the next day, I just felt like I got a really good nights sleep and had more energy for the next day. The liquiCaps are small, easy to swallow, and go to work fast.
